You need to pre-pay the conference fee by credit card or invoice

You need to fill in this form  “Master Visa Request Form”

You need to send the complete Word Doc to Karla.Kluth@plm-europe.org

PLM Europe User Group e.V. itself cannot apply for visa – this will be handled by the local Siemens Office.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not get your visa for what reason ever you will get refunded .

• Payments done by invoice: we need your bank details to refund your payment
  
  
• Payments done by your credit card – you need to recall the transfer through your bank/credit card company
